Payment 

Following your dental examination we will provide a thorough estimate of proposed treatments giving you complete visibility and choice. 
 
The cost of advanced procedures is spread across the course of your treatment. No money is paid upfront and the final balance does not become due until you are fully satisfied. 
 
We accept cash and major credit and debit cards (except American Express). Please provide 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend your appointment as we may charge for late cancellations. 

Your Safety 

Your safety is of utmost importance to us and we do everything we can to ensure our practice is of the highest cleanliness at all times. 
 
Our fully qualified dentists, hygienists and nurses receive regular training in decontamination and cross infection control to ensure your and our safety. Our practice operates a decontamination process that is in accordance with the Department of Health. 
 
We have invested in a state-of-the-art decontamination suite that includes the latest disinfecting and sterilising equipment. We use disposable, single use materials wherever possible and all other instruments are used once before re-sterilising.  
 
We also adhere to the strict professional guidelines set and monitored by the General Dental Council and are registered with the Care Quality Commission.

We work hard to provide a great service and hope our patients are always delighted with their dental care. We welcome feedback, whether good or bad, as we are always looking for ways to improve. Jade Harman is our Complaints Manager and the DPO. Please contact the practice for further information on our complaints procedure. 

Confidentiality  

We take patient confidentiality seriously and all personal information is treated in the strictest confidence and stored securely. We have a confidentiality policy (available on request) and our team only has access to patient information when necessary.
